Customers may collect and manage Personal Data when using the Subscription Service. Data4Salesn processes suchdata as a processor under the direction of our customers. Our customers, asdata controllers, are responsible for complying with any regulations or lawsthat require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent before collectingtheir customers' Personal Data using the Subscription Service. We update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page. If the changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice by sending you an e-mail notification, or if you subscribe to our products and services, through theNotification app in your Data4Sales account. Terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning as outlined in the Data4Sales Customer Terms of Service. For this Privacy Policy, "Personal Data" shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiableindividual. What Information We Collect About You
a. Information You Provide toData4Sales
When you interact with us via our websites or use the Subscription Service, we may collect Personal Data and other Information from you, as further described below.
When You Visit our Websites
We collect Personal Data from you when you submit web forms or interact with our websites, for example, subscribing toData4Sales blog, signing up for a webinar, or requesting customer support. Wemay ask for your e-mail address, first and last name, job title, and similarbusiness information. You are free to explore some of our websites without providing any Personal Data about yourself.
INBOUND and Other Event Information
When you register for INBOUND orData4Sales event, we collect information such as name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We use this information to communicate with you and, in certain cases, facilitate your registration. Additionally, we may share yourregistration data with INBOUND service providers to provide event informationand improve your experience at INBOUND or future Data4Sales events.
Account and User Information
We collect Personal Data when you sign-up for a Data4Sales account, create or modify user information, set preferences, or provide any other information related to access or use our Subscription Service.
Payment Information
We collect payment and billing information when you register for paid products or services. For example, we may ask you to provide a billing address, or a billing contact for yourData4Sales account. If you give us payment information, we use it solely as authorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You may also provide paymentinformation when purchasing products or services, such as a credit card numberor bank account number. We use secure third-party payment service providers to take care of payment processing, which is collected through a secure payment process.
Customer Testimonials
We post customer testimonials and comments on our websites, which may contain Personal Data. We obtain eachcustomer's consent via e-mail or through other agreements between customers andData4Sales prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.
b. Information We Collect and ProcessWhen You Use the Subscription Service
Log Files
When you visit our websites or use the Subscription Service, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browsertype, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on oursite (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times, and referring website addresses.
Usage Data
We collect usage data when you or your users in your Data4Sales account interact with the Subscription Service. We use third-party providers to collect usage data, and we only share data with those providers in an unidentified manner. Usage data includes metrics and information regarding your use and interaction with the Subscription Service, such as what product features you use the most, when an object (like a ticket) is opened and closed, and how often particular features (like workflows) are retrieved in your account.
Mobile
When you access or use the Subscription Service via our mobile applications, we automatically collect information such as your device model and version, operating system, or device identifier.
Third Party Integrations
You may connect third party integrations to your Data4Sales account, which may ask for certain permissions to access data or send information to your Data4Sales account. It is your responsibility to review any third party integrations you authorize.
Any permission(s) granted by you, grants these third parties access to your data, which may include (but is not limited to) granting third-party applications access to view, store, and modify your Data4Sales account data. We are not responsible for the practices of third party integrations, so please carefully review the permissions you grant to all third-party applications.
If you use the Gmail integration orchoose to integrate any other G Suite application with Data4Sales, you will be asked to give us access to information from your Gmail or Google account. Youcan learn more about how we access this data here or via in-app notice when youconnect to Gmail.
Google Drive Integration
As part of connecting your GoogleDrive, the Subscription Service will be able to: see your files, upload anddownload your files, and store file contents and titles.
Google Search Console
You can integrate your Google SearchConsole with our Content Management System (CMS). As part of this integration,the Subscription Service will be able to: manage the list of sites and domains you control, view and manage the list of sites and domains you control, viewand manage the owners of domains you control.
Data4Sales Partners
We may receive information about youor other users of your Data4Sales account from our global network of partners.we may receive this data from our deal and/or lead registration process throughour partners or through our partner co-marketing agreements.
Third Parties
We may receive information from third party service providers, from related companies, and from our business andsolution partners.
Other Data4Sales Companies
We may receive information about you from other companies that are owned or operated by Data4Sales, in accordance with their terms and policies located here.
c. Information We Process on Behalf of Customers
Our online Subscription Service allowsour customers to create and share marketing, sales and customer service content.When customers use the Subscription Service, they may collect Personal Datasuch as first and last name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, orother information about you. We do not control the content of our customers'webpages or the types of Personal Data that our customers may choose to collector manage using the Subscription Service. We store our customers' informationon our service providers' servers but process it as a processor under ourcustomers' instructions and in accordance with our Customer Terms of Service, which prohibit us from using the information except as necessary to provide andimprove the Subscription Service and as required by law.
Our customers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating the information they process using the Subscription Service and for complying with any regulations or laws that require providing notice, disclosure, and/or obtaining consent prior to transferring the Personal Data to Data4Sales for processing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
a. To Provide the Product and Services
To Market and Promote the SubscriptionService
We use the information you provide to Data4Sales to market and promote the products, services, and other offerings. For example, we use the information, like your e-mail or physical address, to send Information or Data4Sales content to you which we think may be of interest to you by post, e-mail, or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business. We use this information to promote the use of our services to you and share promotional and information content with you in inaccordance with your communication preferences.
We may also reach out to you viatelephone to ask about other Data4Sales products or services you may be interested in. If you have a call scheduled with an Data4Sales representative, we may record and transcribe the call. You will be notified prior to the call that the call is being recorded, and you will be offered an opportunity to opt-out of having the call recorded.
To Communicate with you about theServices
We use the data you provide toData4Sales when signing up for the Subscription Service to contact you via e-mail or in-app notification about billing, account management, and other administrative matters. We send updates to you regarding our Customer Terms of Service or other legal agreements. We may also communicate with you about security incidents via e-mail or in-app notification.
We use your information to provide customer support, such as resolving technical issues you encounter and analyzing product outages or bugs.
To Provide and Improve the Subscription Service
We use your account information and Customer Data to provide the product and services to you. For example, we use the e-mail address you provide when signing up for the product to create your user account, and we use your payment information to process payments for paid use of the Subscription Service.
We collect data about how our products and services are used by monitoring and tracking our product users. We use this data to develop and improve our products and services. For example, we useusage data to assess trends and usage across the product to help us determine what new features or integrations our users may be interested in. We may shareusage data externally but will only do so in anonymized and/or aggregatedmanner to build and improve product features.
We use Customer Data in an anonymizedmanner for machine learning that supports certain product features andfunctionality with the Subscription Service. For example, machine learninghelps customer segmentation data models and allows for easier imports of datainto your Data4Salesaccount. You may opt-out of having your Customer Data usedfor machine learning purposes by e-mailing support@data4sales.com
To Secure and Protect our Product andData4Sales Users
We use your account information to investigate and help prevent security incidents. We may also use this information to meet legal requirements. We use your information to verify useraccounts and new product sign-ups, and to detect and prevent product abuse, including enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy.
For Research and Development
We may share externally or provide other companies with statistical information about our users, but this information will not be used to identify any individual user and will only be shared on an aggregate and de-identified basis. For example, we may publish blog posts on trends or insights into how users are interacting with the product.
Mobile
Ifyou use the mobile applications, wemay send you push notifications from time to time in order to update you aboutevents and promotions. If you no longer wish to receive such communications,you may turn them off at the device level.
Log Files
Log files are used by Data4Sales to provide general statistics regarding use of the websites. For these purposes,we do link this automatically-collected data to other personal data such asname, e-mail address, address, and phone number. We also use log files totroubleshoot and investigate security incidents.
Third Parties
We receive information from third party service providers. We may receive and use this information from these service providers in combination with other information we collect through other means described in this Privacy Policy for the purposes of providing you with updates and an improved Subscription Service, like personalized communications, event promotion, and tailoring the websites or product to improve user experience.
Social Media Features
Our websites include social mediafeatures, such as the Facebook 'like' button and widgets, such as the sharebutton or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. These featuresmay collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media featuresand widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on ourwebsites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these features. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

We offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums. 3. How we Share information we Collect
a. Third Parties and Service Providers

We may share data with trustedData4Sales partners to contact you based on your request to receive such communications, help us perform statistical analysis, or provide sales support, or provide customer support. Partners are prohibited from using your PersonalData except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
We partner with trusted third parties to provide you with co-marketing content that we think may be relevant to you.When you engage with these co-marketing partners, we will tell you who we aresharing data with, and provide a link to the co-marketing partner's privacy policy so you can learn more about how to opt-out of the partner's communications. These co-marketing partners are required to adhere to our privacy and data protection policies.
c. Corporate Events
If we (or our assets) are acquired byanother company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, thatcompany would receive all information gathered by Data4Sales on the websitesand the Subscription Service. In this event, you will be notified via e-mail and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal Data, and choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.
d. Compelled Disclosure
We reserve the right to use ordisclose your Personal Data if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process. If you use the Subscription Service, Customer Data is considered Confidential Information and you should review the Confidentiality terms in the Customer Terms of Service for more information.
4. How We Transfer Data We Collect Internationally
a. International Transfers withinCompass Global Services Inc.
To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer information to other Data4Sales Affiliates where we have operations for the purposes described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy will apply even if you transfer Personal Data to other countries. We have taken appropriatesafeguards to require that your Personal Data will remain protected wherever itis transferred. When we share Personal Data of individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), Switzerland or the United Kingdom ("UK") within and among Data4Sales Affiliates, we make use of the Standard Contractual Clauses (which have been approved by the European Commission) as well as additional safeguards where appropriate (such as commercial industry standard secure encryption methods to protect customer data at rest and in transit, TLS for Data4Sales hosted sites, web application firewall protection, and other appropriate contractual and organizational measures).
b. International transfers to thirdparties
Some of the third parties described in this Privacy Policy, which provide services to us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have equivalent privacy and data protection laws to the country in which you reside. When we share Personal Data of individuals in the EEA, Switzerland or UK with third parties, we make use of a variety of legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer including the European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses, as well as additional safeguards where appropriate. For transfers to or from the United Kingdom, we make use of the standard contractual clauses as adapted for the UK. Fortransfers to or from Canada, we make use of the standard contractual clauses.With respect to personal data received from or transferred to Canada,Data4Sales is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. c. Privacy Shield Notice
Data4Sales complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (collectively, "Privacy Shield Frameworks") regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data of individuals in the European Union, Switzerland and UK. Data4Sales is committed to subjecting all Personal Data collected from European Union (EU) member countries, Switzerland and the UK inaccordance with the Privacy Shield Principles. Please note that we do not rely on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield as a data transfer mechanism. 5. How We Store and Secure YourInformation
a. Data Storage and Security

After a reasonable period of time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.

When we have no ongoing legitimatebusiness need to process your Personal Data, we securely delete the informationor anonymize it or, if this is not possible, securely store your Personal Dataand isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. If you have elected to receivemarketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an e-mail from us or ceased using your Data4Sales account. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
The data our customers process inconnection with the Subscription Service is retained according to Data4SalesCustomer Terms of Service.

a. Cookies
When you visit our websites, sign up for a Data4Sales account, attend an Aument virtual event, or request more information about Data4Sales, we collect information automatically using tracking technologies, like cookies and tracking pixels.
Data4Sales and our partners use cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons and JavaScript) to analyze trends, administer the website, monitor how visitors navigate around the websites, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
b. Advertising
We partner with third party adnetworks to display advertising on our website or to manage our advertising onother sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and web beacons to collect information about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.
c. Third Party Tracking Technologies
The use of cookies and web beacons byany tracking utility company is not covered by our Privacy Policy.

a. Reviewing, Correcting and Removing Your Personal Data

Data4Sales acts as a processor for our customers and will work with our customers to fulfill those requests when applicable.
b. Anti-Spam Policy
Our Acceptable Use Policy applies tous and to our customers and, among other things, prohibits use of the Subscription Service to send unsolicited commercial e-mail in violation ofapplicable laws, and requires the inclusion in every e-mail sent using the Subscription Service of an "opt-out" mechanism and other required information. We require all of our customers to agree to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy at all times, and any violations of the Acceptable Use Policy by a customer can result in immediate suspension or termination of the Subscription Service.
c. To Unsubscribe From OurCommunications
You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of our e-mails, updating your communication preferences.
d. To Unsubscribe From Our Customers'Communications
Our customers are solely responsible for their own marketing e-mails and other communications; we cannot unsubscribe you from their communications. If you are a customer, prospect, or otherwise interact with an Data4Sales customer, you can unsubscribe from our customers' marketing communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" linklocated on the bottom of their e-mails, or by contacting them directly.
8. California Privacy Rights
a. Applicability
This section applies only to California consumers. For purposes of this section "Personal Information" has the meaning given in the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). It describes how we collect, use, and share California consumers' Personal Information in our role as a business, and the rights applicable to such residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") requires businesses to disclose whether they sell Personal Information. Data4Sales is a business, and does not sell Personal Information.We may share Personal Information with third parties if those third parties areauthorized service providers or business partners who have agreed to ourcontractual limitations as to their retention, use, and disclosure of such Personal Information.
