June was a key month: CYBER - one of the most important commercial events in Chile - and the brand's anniversary coincided. A great opportunity... if it was played well.
Giani's team wanted to increase sales by 10% to 15% over the previous year, but not at any cost. The goal was clear: to grow thanks to its recurring customers, increasing their share and average ticket.
At Data4Sales, we identify the highest value shoppers: the ones who repeat, the ones who spend the most.
We created specific segments and launched campaigns via WhatsApp, not massive, but designed as personal conversations. The idea was not to push promotions, but to talk to everyone with relevant content at the right time.
We segment with two rules:
Open rates exceeded 70% and conversions reached more than 16%. The campaign not only achieved the expected growth, but also strengthened the relationship with loyal customers.
Because when you use data well, you don't just sell more: you sell better.
PLUS: During and after the event, we activated message flows for VIP customers. When they abandoned a shopping cart, a message with an extra discount and free shipping was triggered to motivate them to complete the purchase.
Data4sales has provided us with accurate information to understand who our customers are. That information is key when putting together any kind of branding strategy. For us it was necessary to understand how our customer base is made up: See how we can reach more customers like them, Build a brand collectors project, Meet the proposed budgets and objectives. As a brand we still have very ambitious goals, so with the Data team we continue working to see how we are going to meet them.
